Olive Drab, otherwise known as 'Mar Saba', calls to mind olive trees, a major agricultural crop in Palestine grown for olive oil production. But they carry much more than economic significance; they are symbolic of the Palestinian people's attachment to their land. The olive tree represents resilience and resistance, as they are grown under poor soil conditions and are draught resistant. Their life expectancy is also around 3000 years.
